Shipping

• Every order is UV-printed fresh when you place it. Right now we're working through a long print queue, so please allow about 90 days from order to delivery. You'll get a tracking email the moment yours ships.
• Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is a flat $5 per order — free on orders of $75 or more.
• We currently ship to the United States. Somewhere else? Write to us — we're working on it.

The guarantee — love it or your money back

Every catalog item is covered for 30 days from delivery. If a token doesn't look as good on your battlefield as it did on ours, email orders@turnemsideways.com and we'll fix it:

• First, we'll offer a free remake — a fresh print of the same token, or the same art on a different finish.
• Rather have a refund? Send the item back (you cover return postage) and we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving. Original shipping isn't refunded unless the mistake was ours.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us: email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement with free shipping — no need to return anything. Prefer a full refund, original shipping included? Also fine.

Custom leader cards

Custom cards are printed on brass-finish metal, on one side or both, and only after you approve a print proof, so you'll see exactly what's going on the metal before it exists. They share the same lead time as everything else, about 90 days, counted from proof approval. Once approved, they're covered for print defects and shipping damage just like everything else — but because they're personalized, we can't take change-of-mind returns on them.
