Shipping & Returns
The short version: every card is made to order, shipping is a flat $5 (free at $75+), and if you don't love what arrives, we'll make it right — a fresh remake or your money back.
Shipping
- Every order is UV-printed fresh when you place it. Orders leave the workshop within 3–5 business days, and you'll get a tracking email the moment yours ships.
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days) is a flat $5 per order — free on orders of $75 or more.
- We currently ship to the United States. Somewhere else? Write to us — we're working on it.
The guarantee — love it or your money back
Every catalog item is covered for 30 days from delivery. If a token doesn't look as good on your battlefield as it did on ours, email orders@turnemsideways.com and we'll fix it:
- First, we'll offer a free remake — a fresh print of the same token, or the same art on a different finish.
- Rather have a refund? Send the item back (you cover return postage) and we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days of it arriving. Original shipping isn't refunded unless the mistake was ours.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, has a print defect, or simply isn't what you ordered, that's on us: email a photo within 30 days and we'll send a free replacement with free shipping — no need to return anything. Prefer a full refund, original shipping included? Also fine.
Custom leader cards
Custom cards are printed only after you approve a print proof, so you'll see exactly what's going on the metal before it exists. Once approved, they're covered for print defects and shipping damage just like everything else — but because they're personalized, we can't take change-of-mind returns on them.
